Position: Programme Manager
Duty Station: Windhoek
Contract Duration: Five (5) years with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability of funds
To provide strategic leadership and operational management of programmes and projects to ensure effective and efficient delivery of a wide range of projects by staff and consultants as well to support fundraising/project acquisition efforts. Current NRCS programme areas include Disaster Management; Health & Care; Livelihoods & Food Security; Humanitarian Advocacy and Community/volunteer Capacity Building. The position reports to the Secretary General and forms part of the senior management team.
